Torre GV1 PRIMARK + Diputacion Foral Bizkaia.

Considered the biggest real estate operation carried out in Bilbao in the last 10 years, where the Irish retailer of "mass market" PRIMARK and PWC entrepreneurship center, intervene.

The brand Pull&Bear, owned by the giant INDITEX, opens an impressive flagship of 1,800 m2 in the famous street  GV 17 No.

BSC investors&Capital developed the repositioning project for the international fashion retailer P&B in Bilbao, in addition to other projects such as OYSHO, ZARA HOME, DESIGUAL, SPRINGFIELD, WOMAN SECRET, GANT, MICHAEL KORS, SANDRO, PRONOVIAS, SCALPERS, Jo Malone, Bobbie Brown, Etc...

BSC successfully completed value of the operation. The repositioning, enhancement and closing of the long-term lease.

The Spanish luxury brand LOEWE, owned by the giant LVMH, entrusted BSC with the management and enhancement of its high street portfolio in Spain with the repositioning and divestment of its real estate assets.

Serrano 64, MAD

Considered the most expensive real estate operation carried out in Serrano street in the last years, where the Italy retailer of "luxury market" PRADA bid the highest figure, for the approximately 1,000 meters of the commercial unit..

BSC participated in the auction, presenting the operation to the Italian luxury firm.

Iberdrola Tower

Torre Iberdrola, designed by the prestigious Argentine architect César Pelli, constitutes the last great milestone in the transformation process of the city of Bilbao and the central axis of the new financial center.

At 165 meters high, this elegant office building has become a work of art of tertiary architecture, a benchmark for its design, technology and sustainability.

Torre Iberdrola has one of the highest qualifications: the prestigious LEED CS 2.0 Certification, awarded by the USGBC that evaluates and recognizes those projects that make use of practices that are more respectful of the environment, and that are therefore healthier more environmentally responsible and with more profitable structures.

BSC sold exclusively together with the consulting firm Aguirre Newman in the construction process.
